Kathy Jones, AIA is President of ArchStyle, Inc., an architectural design firm specializing in custom residential design since 1994. Kathy has partnered with Pinnacle Properties for several years, designing both new construction and substantial renovations of existing homes.

Featured many times in Luxe, Colorado Homes & Lifestyles, and Better Homes and Gardens, Kathy is one of Denver’s top architects specializing in the custom estate communities of Cherry Hills, Greenwood Village and Polo Reserve, as well as the urban neighborhoods of Wash Park, Cherry Creek North and Hilltop. Each of Kathy’s designs incorporates innovative interior design balanced by exterior design taking topography and view orientations into account.
