About Us
Founded by Shawn Lowe and Wesley Fisbeck in 2007, Pinnacle Properties got established as a reputable home builder and remodel contractor, particularly in Denver’s historic neighborhoods of Highlands, Wash Park and Park Hill, as well as Bow Mar and Greenwood Village. Today, we specialize in new development, building spec homes in the most desirable neighborhoods of Denver and Steamboat Springs, Colorado. However, our approach to building hasn’t changed; we’re experienced carpenters with formal education in engineering and business who work on site alongside our crew.
Shawn Lowe
Shawn is an engineer by trade and craftsman at heart. He has earned a reputation for creating timeless living spaces that suit the needs of today’s family, while working in a fast-paced and highly efficient manner. Since founding Pinnacle in 2007, Shawn has overseen all aspects of construction and design ensuring that every detail meets his standards for quality and aesthetic. He leads operations and is intimately involved in all complicated and highly-technical aspects of each project. A native of St. Elmo, Illinois, Shawn received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Southern Illinois University, and pursued a Master of Science degree in Construction Management at UNLV. Shawn has a wide variety of construction experience, ranging from managing multi-million dollar construction projects for a large commercial general contractor in Las Vegas, to completing more than 150 residential projects in the greater Denver area since Pinnacle’s inception.
Wesley Fisbeck
Wes leads all pre-construction and business office administration including estimating, permitting, material procurement and accounting. He works hand in hand with Shawn and Pinnacle’s employees to make sure that jobs are completed on time and on budget. He works with customers, design partners, subcontractors and vendors in a timely and transparent manner throughout the procurement process, and most of all, he is service oriented and easy to talk to. Wes grew up in Loveland, Colorado and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Northern State University, where he was a three-year captain of the Wolves baseball team. Wes and Shawn worked together on several high profile projects in Las Vegas prior to founding Pinnacle.

Pinnacle Properties was once again featured in Colorado Homes & Lifestyles magazine, but this time it was our owners who were photographed. Shawn and Wes were recognized as Five Under 40 Award winners for their accomplishments as Colorado home builders.
